9. Cancellation Policy
Trip cancellations work as follows:
- 24+ hours before: Full refund
- 6-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 6 hours: Service fee applies
- No-shows: No refund available

Our liability is limited to the cost of your trip. We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to traffic or weather
- Personal items left in vehicles
