We work hard to minimize service disruptions. However, factors beyond our control may occasionally affect service.

9. Cancellation Policy

Trip cancellations work as follows:

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund
  • 6-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 hours: Service fee applies
  • No-shows: No refund available

10. Liability and Disputes

Our liability is limited to the cost of your trip. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to traffic or weather
  • Personal items left in vehicles
